Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked beet, chopped
- 8 ounces feta
- ⅓ cup cream cheese
- ⅓ cup avocado oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- Sliced veggies, chips or sliced naan, for serving
Directions
- Add chopped cooked beet to a blender with feta, cream cheese, Clebby’s Avocado Oil, garlic clove, lemon juice and zest, cumin, salt and hot honey.
- Blend on low then increase to high and blend until very smooth and creamy. Season to taste then transfer to a bowl. If time permits, let sit in the fridge for about an hour to let the dip thicken.
- Serve with sliced veggies, chips or sliced naan.
