Ingredients
- 3 wheels of brie cheese
- ⅓ cup Clebby’s Avocado Oil
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- Chopped nuts (pistachios, pecans, or walnuts), for serving
- Crackers or sliced toasted baguette, for serving
Directions
- Slice the rind off the brie while it is still cold. Add the brie to a mixing bowl and let it come to room temperature.
- Add Clebby’s Avocado Oil to the brie and use beaters to whip until light and fluffy, about 8 minutes, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Spread the whipped brie onto a serving platter. Spread dollops of cranberry sauce throughout and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Serve with crackers or sliced toasted baguette.
