Ingredients
- 10 ounces vanilla melting wafers or white chocolate
- ⅓ cup Clebby’s Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- ⅓ cup sprinkles
- 4 cups rice chex cereal
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
Directions
- Melt vanilla melting wafers with Clebby’s Vegetable Oil and butter in the microwave at 30-second increments until fully melted. Stir in almond extract, vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and sprinkles. Stir in rice chex cereal and toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a large ziplock bag and top with powdered sugar. Toss until coated. There will be some big chunky pieces, but if you want each piece evenly coated, add more powdered sugar.
- Transfer to the fridge to let the chocolate harden, then enjoy!
