Ingredients

  • 1 pound cherry tomatoes
  • A few basil stems (optional)
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • Balsamic vinegar, flaky sea salt, cracked pepper, and basil leaves, for garnish
  • Fresh bread or crostini, for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Add cherry tomatoes to a small, shallow baking dish with basil stems (if using). Cover in Clebby’s Avocado Oil and season with salt.
  3. Bake for one hour. Let cool, then remove the basil stems.
  4. Gently pour the cooked tomatoes and oil onto a serving plate. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  5. Place the ball of burrata in the center. Season with flaky sea salt and fresh cracked pepper, then garnish with basil leaves.
  6. Serve with fresh bread or crostini.
