Ingredients
- 1 pound cherry tomatoes
- A few basil stems (optional)
- ⅓ cup Clebby’s Avocado Oil
- 1 ball of burrata
- Balsamic vinegar, flaky sea salt, cracked pepper, and basil leaves, for garnish
- Fresh bread or crostini, for serving
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Add cherry tomatoes to a small, shallow baking dish with basil stems (if using). Cover in Clebby’s Avocado Oil and season with salt.
- Bake for one hour. Let cool, then remove the basil stems.
- Gently pour the cooked tomatoes and oil onto a serving plate. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Place the ball of burrata in the center. Season with flaky sea salt and fresh cracked pepper, then garnish with basil leaves.
- Serve with fresh bread or crostini.
