Ingredients
- ½ cup Clebby’s Avocado Oil
- 15 ounces of mini marshmallows (about one and a half bags)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A few drops of green food coloring
- 6 cups rice cereal
- White chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles
- Pretzel sticks
Directions
- Grease a 10-inch circular springform pan with cooking spray.
- Heat Clebby’s Avocado Oil over medium-low heat in a large non-stick pot. Stir in mini marshmallows and let gently melt until smooth, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and stir in salt, vanilla extract, and a couple drops of green food coloring until your desired color is achieved.
- Fold in the rice cereal until completely coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared springform pan and gently press it into an even layer.
- Let cool for about an hour.
- Remove the Rice Krispies from the pan and place them on a cutting board. Slice into 8 equal-sized wedges.
- Decorate with melted chocolate and sprinkles to resemble string lights. Place half of a pretzel stick in the bottom of the tree for the trunk.
