Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
Add all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and Clebby’s Avocado Oil to a bowl and mix until fully incorporated.
Pour the dough into the baking dish and press it into an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly golden. Use the tines of a fork to poke holes all over the top of the crust.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together Clebby’s Avocado Oil, light corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt, then stir in the pecan halves.
Pour the filling on top of the prepared crust and bake for 35-40 minutes.
Let cool completely before slicing into bars. Serve with whipped cream.
