Ingredients
- ½ cup Clebby’s Avocado Oil
- ½ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1½ cups brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces chocolate, chopped or chips
- Flaky sea salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9×9 baking dish and line with parchment paper.
- Add Clebby’s Avocado Oil, peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.
- Add all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chunks.
- Scoop the dough into the prepared baking dish. Spread evenly and top with additional chocolate chunks. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until just done in the center. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while still warm, then allow to cool.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
*Gluten-free option: use gluten-free flour as a substitute for all-purpose flour.
