Ingredients
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup Clebby’s Avocado Oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 10 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons Clebby’s Avocado Oil
- Sprinkles or flaky sea salt, for garnish
Directions
- In a bowl, add creamy peanut butter, Clebby’s Avocado Oil, salt, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Use beaters to incorporate ingredients until combined.
- Portion the dough using a tablespoon and roll into balls. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate for an hour.
- Melt chocolate chips with Clebby’s Avocado Oil in the microwave for 30-second intervals until melted, stirring after each interval.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate, letting any excess dip off. Place back on the baking sheet and garnish with a pinch of sprinkles or flaky sea salt. Repeat until all balls are coated.
