Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- ⅓ cup tahini
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup basil, leaves and tender stems
- ½ cup parsley, leaves and tender stems
- ½ cup green onions or chives, sliced into chunks
- ⅓ cup Clebby’s Avocado Oil
- 2 ice cubes
- Clebby’s Avocado Oil, flakey sea salt, and chopped chives, for serving
- Fresh naan, pita chips, or sliced veggies, for serving
Directions
- Add drained chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, salt, basil, parsley, green onions or chives, Clebby’s Avocado Oil, and ice cubes to a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, about 2-3 minutes.
- Scoop and spread the hummus into a bowl using the back of the spoon to create a swirl.
- Drizzle Clebby’s Avocado Oil, sprinkle flakey sea salt, and garnish with chopped chives. Serve with fresh naan, pita chips, or sliced veggies.
