While THC does start to burn off at high temperatures, in most recipes, we found that you will not expose the oil to those high temperatures.
If you plan to cook on the stovetop with our product, we recommend using Avocado Oil instead of Veggie Oil. Avocado Oil is more resilient to THC loss at higher temperatures due to its higher smoke point. As a general rule, we recommend Veggie Oil for baking and Avocado Oil for cooking.
To avoid potency loss, do not use Clebby’s oil against direct high heat, like searing, or use it as a fry oil.
