Ingredients
- 1 package Clebby’s Confetti Cake Mix
- ½ cup Clebby’s Vegetable Oil
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese
- ¼ cup (½ stick) of butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Cooking spray
- Rainbow sprinkles
- Powdered sugar, for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, combine the bottle of included Clebby’s Vegetable Oil (½ cup) and eggs. Add the package of Clebby’s Confetti Cake Mix and stir until combined.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese and softened butter. Use beaters to cream together. Add the powdered sugar in about a cup at a time. Then beat in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Spread the mixture on top of the cake batter. Top with a handful of rainbow sprinkles.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes; it should have a little jiggle to it when it’s done.
- Transfer the pan to a wire rack and let it cool.
- When ready to serve, slice and dust with powdered sugar.
