Ingredients
- 8 ounces dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup Clebby’s Vegetable Oil
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- Flakey sea salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave with Clebby’s Vegetable Oil, stirring after each 30-second interval until fully melted.
- Add eggs, brown sugar, and sugar to a mixing bowl. Beat for 5 minutes on medium-high, until light and fluffy.
- Stir in the chocolate mixture.
- Mix in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Use a rubber spatula to fold until the ingredients are combined.
- Use a cookie scoop to form the cookies and place them on the parchment-lined baking sheet spaced a couple of inches apart. Sprinkle each cookie with a pinch of flakey sea salt.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes then allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cool completely.
