Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup Clebby’s Avocado Oil
  • 1 teaspoon aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 cups labneh or thick full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 lemon, zested and halved
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
  • Sliced cucumbers or potato chips, for serving

Directions

  1. Heat Clebby’s Avocado Oil over medium-low heat until it reaches 300°F. Once hot, add aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes and everything bagel seasoning. Let sizzle then remove from heat and let cool completely.
  2. Stir lemon zest and grated garlic into labneh. Scoop into a serving bowl and use the back of the spoon to create swirls. Top with chili oil.
  3. Drizzle with honey and garnish with chopped chives.
