Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Clebby’s Avocado Oil
- 1 teaspoon aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
- 2 cups labneh or thick full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon, zested and halved
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped chives
- Sliced cucumbers or potato chips, for serving
Directions
- Heat Clebby’s Avocado Oil over medium-low heat until it reaches 300°F. Once hot, add aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes and everything bagel seasoning. Let sizzle then remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Stir lemon zest and grated garlic into labneh. Scoop into a serving bowl and use the back of the spoon to create swirls. Top with chili oil.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with chopped chives.
