Ingredients
- 1 package of Clebby’s Banana Bread
- 3-4 bananas
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Cooking spray
Cinnamon Swirl
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Crumble Topping
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Glaze
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tablespoon milk
- Splash of vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F, then spray an 8×8 baking pan with cooking spray.
- Melt butter, then add brown sugar, flour, chopped walnuts, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the mixture clumps together.
- Mash the bananas, then mix in the egg and Clebby’s Vegetable Oil. Add the package of Clebby’s Banana Bread Mix and stir until combined. Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the banana bread batter. Spread the remaining batter on top.
- Sprinkle the crumble evenly across the batter.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, mix powdered sugar, milk, and a splash of vanilla extract until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze on top of the cake. Let the glaze harden before slicing and serving.
