Ingredients
- 3-4 bananas
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- ½ cup Clebby’s Vegetable Oil
- 1 package of Clebby’s Banana Bread Mix
- 2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Cooking spray
- Whipped cream, banana slices, and cinnamon for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F, then spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
- Mash the bananas, then mix in the lightly beaten egg and combine the bottle of included Clebby’s Vegetable Oil (½ cup). Add the package of Clebby’s Banana Bread Mix and stir until combined. Pour the banana bread batter into the prepared springform pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, add softened cream cheese to a bowl and use beaters to mix until smooth. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, then add vanilla bean paste, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the cheesecake batter on top of the cooked banana bread.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to set for a few hours.
- Garnish with whipped cream, sliced bananas, and a dusting of cinnamon before slicing and serving.
