Ingredients

  • 3-4 bananas
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 package of Clebby’s Banana Bread Mix
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14-ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray
  • Whipped cream, banana slices, and cinnamon for serving

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, then spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray.
  2. Mash the bananas, then mix in the lightly beaten egg and combine the bottle of included Clebby’s Vegetable Oil (½ cup). Add the package of Clebby’s Banana Bread Mix and stir until combined. Pour the banana bread batter into the prepared springform pan.
  3. Bake for 45 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
  5. Once cooled, add softened cream cheese to a bowl and use beaters to mix until smooth. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk, then add vanilla bean paste, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter on top of the cooked banana bread.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to set for a few hours.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream, sliced bananas, and a dusting of cinnamon before slicing and serving.
